Seaspan Corporation announced today that the underwriters of its recent public common share offering have exercised the entire over-allotment option granted to them by Seaspan. As a result of the over-allotment exercise, Seaspan will sell 1,050,000 of its common shares and will receive $27,468,000 in net proceeds, after deducting the underwriting discount.
